Description

Calamari of Epirus style with "Trophies" performances. It is decorated with a mixed technique, kalemist and engraved with savati. Vegetal decoration and geometric decoration and characteristic representations of "Trophies", a fact which refers to an owner with a military & prominent social position and status. The cap of the ink tank is “Clam” shaped. It is divided into two detachable independent parts, consisting of the ink tank and the tube holder, connected by a chain. A portable inkwell where the elongated part held the pens while the ink was stored in the container.
